DESCRIPTION:Dates of campout: July 18-20\, 2024 \nLocation: Datil Wells Campground Group Site\, Datil\, NM \nThere will be a campout at the Datil Wells campground group site located approximately 1 mile west of beautiful downtown Datil NM. \nDatil consists of the literal fork in the road. There is a gas station/general store/restaurant/motel/whatever at the fork. \nThis campout is being held in conjunction with a gathering known as the Misguided Ride. A collection of misfits if ever there was. This is an equal opportunity campout. A classic “ride what you brung” sort of thing. The real reason we do this is to get out of the heat for a little bit. \nThings to do: Nothing really. Although the Very Large Array is about 15 miles to the east. \nCoordinates: 34.15153° -107.85709° gets you in the general spot. The group site is a bit south of the campground entrance. \nHope to see you!
